Garlic Gourmet Chicken Breast

Garlic Gourmet Chicken Breast

4 tsp. Garlic Garlic™
1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups crushed herb-seasoned stuffing
3 Tbsp. melted butter

Combine first 4 ingredients. Add chicken to sour cream mixture; coat each piece well. Cover; refrigerate overnight or up to 24 hours. Remove chicken from sour cream mixture; roll in stuffing. Place in ungreased baking dish; drizzle with butter. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 4 servings.
